Initiate Your Request
Log into your theretrosnap account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Device
Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
